Our consulting practice leverages the Epiplex500 Technology to create a performance support infrastructure in
transaction processing environments. This saves lead times and reduces cost by supplementing the need for elaborate
training and helpdesks.

The blue print for the "live in-operation" EPSS 500 (Enterprise Performance Support System) features the creation of Knowledge Repository: The knowledge is captured both tacit and procedural. Then converted and deployed as
simulations and procedural documents.

Implementation of Live support channel: A Client- Server channel that filters and pushes the knowledge objects as contextual support delivered to users on their computers, 'live' and on demand.

Once implemented, the framework becomes a single resource that disseminates and sustains best practices for operational excellence.

Training Services

Training is aimed at educating customers of Epiplex500 on effective use of the technology to achieve the targeted
