1) Sr. Sales Managers - Inside Sales Relevant Experience: 4 to 7 yrs (Location: Bangalore)

As an Epiance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales revenues from an assigned territory (APAC/EMEA/Americas) through identifying, prospecting, closing and growing new account business among various target  industry verticals like IT/ ITES/BPO, Manufacturing, BFSI, Energy & Utilities, Travel and Tourism, Government sector,  etc.

The Epiance Sales Manager will be expected to build a healthy and sustainable pipeline to meet and over achieve aggressive monthly quotas. This person must have the ability to scale fast and must build an excellent knowledge of his territory to establish relationships within a strong list of contacts to leverage business opportunities for Epiance. Additionally, this person must be have the ability to build connections with C-level / VP / GM level executives and have a solid grasp of successful industry specific Sales strategies.

It is mandatory for candidate to demonstrate an exposure to Solutions Selling as a structured methodology for managing the sales process and more accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly business. It is also necessary for the candidate to have a proven track record using Solution Selling to effectively develop and close business. Preference will be given to the candidates who have had prior experience with selling products complimentary to the Epiance portfolio viz. Core Banking Software, Sales Force Automation, Enterprise Resource Packages (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM/iCRM) Software packages, Performance Management/Support, Knowledge Management/e-Learning, End User Adoption/Support/Compliance/Performance Tracking software solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and execute on an annual and quarterly strategic go to market plan to reach the business results and desired leadership
  position for the territory/vertical
Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospects
Build and maintain a strong pipeline
Close new business consistently at or above quota level month on month
Create reliable forecasts
Progress opportunities in the pipeline by engaging the pre sales and professional services teams in a timely manner to schedule
  appropriate demos, customized presentations, guided PoCs for prospects
Provide inputs and assist pre-sales and Professional Services Line management in developing customized proposals for
Demonstrate total ownership for all commercial, contractual, technical & customer care aspects of account management from
  prospecting through to install base stages
Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment (>750000 USD per annum sales closure; >80% quota
  attainment Y-o-Y for last 3-5 years)
Previous enterprise software sales experience (preference given to experience with complex software solutions complementary to
  the Epiance Suite as specified above)
4 - 7 years of applicable experience in either Field Sales (Hunters rather than Farmers) or Inside Sales environments (from
  prospecting stage to closure)
Established reputation as a high integrity top performer and an ability to pass stringent reference checks
Fluency in foreign languages is an added advantage
Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high volume sales transactions
Ability to drive strategic sales in key accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication coupled with high intensity presentation skills

The position is based out of Bangalore and might involve travel to customer locations on a select basis

2) Technical/Marcom Writer Relevant Experience: 3 to 4yrs (Location: Bangalore)

Epiance Software is seeking a Tehnical/Marcom Writer at Bangalore who will be responsible for content writing of company’s products, also creation and publishing of company’s blogs and newsletters. The mission of this position is to identify and implement standards and process improvements to improve product documentation and productivity.

Primary Responsibilities

Conceptualize, plan, develop and write documentation sets, including technical material, with limited or no supervision.
Identify, plan for, and revise technical writing project requirements, and research complex source material for documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, testing, product marketing and other documentation teams to
  produce accurate, high quality documentation for our customers. 
Help identify and implement standards and process improvements to improve product documentation and productivity. 
Serve as the lead writer for complex projects and ensure that projects are completed on schedule. Participate in planning and . 
  design, and contribute to the project from end to end with minimal supervision.
Work with technical resources to improve documentation quality and usability. 
Actively participate in or lead special projects/initiatives outside the scope of regular tasks. 
Exhibit leadership skills and ability to mentor and supervise junior writers. 
Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, and business/industry trends.
Coordinate content creation & publishing of company blogs & newsletters
Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, presentations, technical
  documentation, sales support, etc as needed.

3) Solution Architect / Presales Consultant No. of Positions : 2
Relevant Experience: 7 to 10yrs (Location: Bangalore)

Solutions Architects (SAs) work with Epiance Salesforce to prove the value of Epiance products and services to the customers in the pre-sales phase. SAs often work in close conjunction with Solutions Engineers (SEs) in order to deliver trials for Epiance customers. To be successful, SAs possess a full understanding of development methodologies, and Product architectures as well as coveted knowledge about performance engineering and performance testing services. Solutions Architects must possess the highest level of technical acumen - being able to understand customer business drivers; match those to Epiance technology, and clearly articulate complex solutions to prospective and existing customers. SAs use their technical expertise to help sales force sign deals by managing the technical pre sales process and to evangelize Epiance technology to prospective customers. Successful candidates must be action oriented, capable of solving complex technical problems both independently and in a team environment. Candidates must also be able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer & Sales Engagement
  - Establish credibility with the client, analysis of the clients need and establish their pain points
  - Able to articulate the unique value & proposition that Epiance Lending solution delivers around the identified customer needs
  - Respond to the RFI / RFP's to architect and present the appropriate solution/s to address the key customer requirements
  - Participate / lead the solution demonstrations / workshops to ensure that the Epiance solutions are presented to address the
  identified client pain points
  - Be seen as the go to person by sales team for the Lending engagements
  - Champion the value based selling approach into all large scale opportunities
Value Proposition Development
  - In addition to active engagement with the routes to market and customers, this role will work closely with Product Management
and will be critical to developing business solutions across Epiance & partner product lines that can be structured into value propositions and into go to market campaigns. To do that this individual will be expected to:
  - Product installation, configuration and training
  - Develop a detailed understanding of the regional / global market trends
  - Align with the strong outside-in culture and drive market requirements and feedback into the Product Management and development process to create relevant value propositions for the market.
  - Provide feedback to Product Management so that the roadmap and demo systems/value prop reflect the lessons learned/marketing/market requirements;
Business Development / Go-to-Market Strategy for the Commercial Lending Solution
  - Drive a consultative selling approach which enables Epiance to develop unique solutions to its customers and position the value of those solutions. Proactively engage with customers and partners to develop relationships and business opportunities and revenues.
  - Drive engagement with key stakeholders within Major Regional players (including focusing on Epiance strategic accounts) to create opportunities and pipeline for opportunities.
  - Engage and develop joint propositions and account activities with key strategic partners in the territory and targeted accounts. Create joint propositions and ensure Epiance is represented in these partners go to market campaigns.
  - Provide domain leadership and proactively engage with customers & prospects around the focused Go to Market campaigns that Epiance runs. Provide guidance and input into large scale bids in the region.

4) Solution Architect nternational) Relevant Experience: 6 to 7 yrs (Location: Bangalore)

We are looking for highly skilled Solution Architect  who will provide Epiplex  implementation solutions customised as per stakeholder requirements.

5) Business Development Consultant (International) Relevant Experience: 0 to 5 yrs (Location: Bangalore)
We are looking for Business Development Consultant to cover the territories in APAC, Europe and US.

As a Telesales Business Development Consultant you will act as the first contact for prospects in Epiance’s business with outbound telemarketing calls. You will be responsible for lead generation and qualifying prospects via tele-marketing activities. You will run campaigns targeted at various LOB/ industry verticals and produce quality leads for the sales force. You will be responsible for managing the pipeline that you create and will also have to create and maintain a database of potential customers.

Excellent communication skills - both written and oral communication
Must be a team player with high levels of energy, high ethics, integrity, passion and result oriented
Preferably someone with a knowledge of enterprise software and solutions
Strong conceptualization and articulation skills
Hands on experience in using Internet search tools, networking site, etc.
Computer skills - Internet, Office applications like work, excel and power point

Graduate degree in any stream.

Sales Managers Relevant Experience: 5 to 10 yrs (Location: Bangalore)

The Sales Manager is a member of the sales team at Epiance. They are focused on generating new business within an assigned territory - responding to inbound inquiries as well as blanketing their region with outbound activity. Experience in enterprise software sales is a must and candidates must be comfortable with engaging CXO’s. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, an over-achiever who wants to be part of a winning team in a dynamic, growing organization.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to drive revenue through new client acquisition
Specific duties involve:
Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory
Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospects

Close new business consistently at or above quota level
Create reliable forecasts. Be completely transparent with management on pipeline status
